Les Balcons d'Aix appart'hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Massif des Bauges in the village of La Féclaz.

It offers spacious 25 m² studios for 2 people and comfortable apartments for 4 to 7 people. From the 2-room apartment for 4 people, all vacation rentals have a living room with a double sofa bed and a TV. These apartments are fitted with a kitchenette with ceramic hobs, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster.

The aparthotel offers free Wi-Fi access at reception and in low-speed accommodation. Premium wifi is available (at an additional cost). The Les Balcons d´Aix residence offers free outdoor parking. Laundry facilities are also available in the common areas.

This residence has a beautiful indoor (and heated!) Swimming pool and a wellness area with hammam and sauna (see opening conditions).

La Féclaz belongs to the Savoie Grand Revard ski area. It is a station in the Massif des Bauges located at 1,500 m above sea level. This resort also offers downhill skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, toboggan runs and ski-joëring.

The residence Les Balcons d´Aix is ​​only 300 m from the start of cross-country skiing and has direct access to the slopes and ski lifts.
