The Residence features 69 apartments - Vacanceole
The 69 apartements at Les Demeures Champenoises are divided into duplex, studios and suites. Whether you come for short or long stays, you will have a fully equipped apartment.
The residence is within walking distance from the hotel Communities and avenue du Général Margueritte.

All apartments are equipped with a small kitchen and with either a single bed, a double bed or twin beds. You will find a hairdryer in the bathroom. Private parking is available, and a lift takes you right to your apartments.

Each apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi is available.

Due to COVID-19:
Breakfast will be served in the form of a “French-style” lunch on a tray, distributed between 9:30 am and 10 am, and consumed in the accommodation. It will consist of: ½ baguette - Mini-croissant - Butter - Jam - Hot drink - Orange juice.

Slightly off centered, follow the road signs to the Hospital Auban-Moët and the Hôtel de Communauté. On the Avenue du Général Margueritte the entrance of the old military area is on your right. Following still the signs for the Hôtel des Communautés. At the end of the street bypass three big buildings. The Comfort Suites' entrance and parking are on the back.
