These 14 exceptional villas are all equipped with kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, cooker, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, separate toilet, fireplace, private garden, terrace with furniture garden. Private pools are not heated and are available from April to October.

The residence also offers a free parking space per villa, and extra services such as access to WiFi in your accommodation, a bakery service at the reception and a launderette.

A damage deposit of 800,00€ is required by credit card imprint or cash upon arrival. It will be refundable upon departure after inventory in the event that no damage or loss has been caused by the client during their stay
A prepayment will be payable on confirmation of your booking with the full balance being payable 30 days prior to arrival
City tax not included in rates: 1,10€ per person per day
Included in room price: 10 % VAT
The payment is due 30 days before the client's arrival. No payment on site.
