The Residence features 237 apartments - Mer & Golf
Vieux Boucau is built around a lake which you can access by the Mail, pleasant pedestrian promenade, jewel of the resort. This is where stands the residence Mer et Golf Le Boucanier, close to the ocean, 300 meters from the ocean beach, 100 meters from the lake beach and just 180 meters from the local shops.

Each apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a kitchenette featuring electric hob, fridge and microwave, a lounge with TV and a private bathroom. Note for bunk beds : Sleeping in the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years. All apartments are oriented towards the lake.

Many services are offered by the residence at an additionnal cost such as cleaning kit products , internet WiFi and breakfast service.
Many services are provided for free of charges such as 2 outdoor swimming pool, 2 children's paddling pool, a parking, a loan service (hair dryer, irons and ironing boards, games) and free adults activities from June to September.
