The Residence features 100 apartments - Mer & Golf
Residence Mer et Golf Fort Socoa is located near Saint-Jean-de-Luz 400 meters from the beach of fine sand Socoa and 250 meters from the nearest shops. Also enjoy the outdoor pool of the residence open seasonally.

The apartments are fully equipped and have a kitchen with hob, fridge, mini-oven or microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric kettle. You can also enjoy the TV lounge and a modern bathroom.

Many services are offered by the residence with extra kit as cleaning products, WiFi internet, bakery and breakfast service.
Many services are provided free of charge as a parking space per apartment, a loan service (hair dryer, irons and ironing boards, games). Also enjoy preferential rates for the spa, surfing and golf nearby residence.
