The Residence features 123 apartments - Gestetud
The Residence Ôtelia Lyon is 10 minutes from the city center and Lyon Perrache train station. You can enjoy the on-site Spa composed of a steam room and a sauna to relax.

The 123 apartments are fully equipped for your comfort. There is a kitchen with crockery and ustensils, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Free WiFi internet access.

The Ôtelia residence is located near the main train stations, public transport and taxi services. If you have a car you can park in the underground parking (surcharge). The residence restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday to Friday only

The wellness area includes a gym and a spa (open Monday to Friday from 17h to 21h30 and on Saturdays from 16:00 to 20:30 surcharge). Massages are also available by reservation.

A security deposit (bank pre-authorization) is requested on the day of arrival:
- 200 € for short stays,
- 800 € for long stays (+ 1 month).
The car pre is released on the day of departure after inventory of the apartment.
