The Residence features 47 apartments - Sogérel
Gruissan, seaside resort of Cathar country, has preserved its typical appearance and its original Mediterranean colors. Old village of fishermen and wine growers, its winding streets and old houses crowded around the venerable Tour Barbarossa.

Pleasant walking trails and mountain bike will appeal to nature lovers.
And most of all, you will appreciate its wide sandy beaches and lively banks of the marina.

Treated as a country house, this set of character revives the atmosphere of the Mediterranean villages of yesteryear. Its location at 200 meters from the beach of Ayguades in fact a necessary stop in Languedoc.
