Each villa is fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, air conditioning, fireplace, private garden, terrace with garden furniture and 2 deckchairs
In each villa you will find a non-heated swimming pool (open from April to September).

A8, exit 36 Le Muy / Saint-Tropez / Sainte-Maxime and RD 25 of 24 km. Arriving in Sainte-Maxime, in the 4th roundabout (McDonald's), direction Fréjus, continue straight for 300m. At the small roundabout, turn left towards Fréjus / Golf de Sainte-Maxime, keep right direction Frejus lane and take the Landing Avenue. At 900m is Le Carre Beauchene "Tops" and reception.

A damage deposit of 800.00€ is required by credit card imprint or cash upon arrival. It will be refundable upon departure after inventory in the event that no damage or loss has been caused by the client during their stay
A prepayment will be payable on confirmation of your booking with the full balance being payable 30 days prior to arrival
City tax not included in rates: 1.45€ per person per day

The payment is due 30 days before the client's arrival. No payment on site.
