This complex consists of 62 apartments in 3 buildings and 3 to 5 floors with elevator. Each apartment has a kitchenette with microwave, ceramic hob and a dishwasher. The Accommodation here are equipped with Wifi and most of them also have a balcony.

The residence offers moyennent additional cost access to the sauna and steam room, it also offers a free sauna session per week for each apartment. It features an indoor pool.
