The residence has a traditional wooden architecture. The fully furnished apartments have a kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher and hob, and a private bathroom and a balcony with mountain views.

Maeva Les Mélèzes offers free shuttle service, ski storage and a laundry service. In addition, it offers with an extra charge a delivery service of groceries.
