Residhome Rosa Parks is located in the north of Paris, close to La Villette and Parc des Buttes Chaumont. Opened in 2017, this modern residence is located in the new Rosa Parks district comprising shops, lodgings and offices. The metro line 7 and the RER E line will allow you to easily move around the city of Paris.

The 135 studios and one-bedroom apartments are fully furnished and air-conditioned. All are equipped with a desk, an LCD TV, a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge and microwave. Beds are made on arrival, and cleaning and linen change are done once a week. Wireless Internet access is free of charge.

Open seven days a week, the residence offers various optional services such as a breakfast buffet, laundry, dry cleaning service and private parking (subject to charges). For professional travellers, a business center and meeting rooms are available.
