A damage deposit is required by credit card imprint upon arrival. It will be refundable upon departure after inventory in the event that no damage or loss has been caused by the client during their stay.
For stays from 1 to 29 nights, a security deposit of up to 200 euros may also be requested (cash or credit card imprint) to cover any repair costs for damage, loss and/or cleaning.
In case of no-show, change or late-cancellation, the deposit including any options mentioned as included in the price is retained. An early departure must be signaled and carried out before noon.
