Located in the seaside town of Argelès-sur-Mer, this residence offers a large outdoor swimming pool and a spa with a hot tub. Private parking is free on site and the beaches are 2.5 km away.

The modern apartments and houses include WiFi access for an additional charge and a TV. Some of the accommodations feature a furnished terrace and the private bathrooms include a bathtub. Each accommodation offers one parking place.

A microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator are provided in the kitchenettes at the residence. Every morning, a continental breakfast is freshly prepared and available to guests providing advance notice and for a supplement.

In addition to the wellness area is a fitness room and sauna. There is also a children’s playground and a boules pitch. Entertainment is organised during July and August.

The residence is located 1 km from the town centre of Argelès-sur-Mer and 20 km from Perpignan and its train station. Perpignan Airport is 25 km away. Argelès-sur-Mer has its own train station.
