By car
Directions to Beaufort House are as follows. From the M5 Northbound Exit at Junction 19 signposted Toll/ Portishead/ Royal Portbury Dock & take the 5th exit on to the A369. Turn left when the road forks on to the B3129 (roughly 4 miles) and head towards Clifton Suspension Bridge (Toll £1.00). Take the first left after the Bridge and merge on to Clifton Down, follow this road until you reach a crossroad. Turn right, contine passing Clifton Zoo and take the 3rd right on to Pembroke Road (just before going up a hill). Beaufort Road is the 3rd Road on the left and Beaufort House is on the corner with Miles Road (1st right). From the M5 Southbound Exit at Junction 17 signposted Cribbs Causeway / A4018 to Bristol West. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit on to the A4018 and continue for approximately 5 miles. Eventually you will reach the Downs (a large green expanse). Continue along the A4018 with the water tower on your right and you will reach a roundabout. At this roundabout take the 2nd exit on to
