For stays from 7 to 29 nights, cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival. The residence charges the cost of the 3 first nights from the card provided in the event of late cancellation.

For stays of 30 days and above, the residence does not charge in the event of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival ; the residence charges the cost of 5 nights from the credit card in case of late cancellation.
