The Residence features 54 apartments - Complejo Bellavista Residencial
Bellavista aparthotel is located on the mountain, North of the Costa Blanca, 95 km from Valencia and Alicante, at the top of Monte Pego, with spectacular views to the Mediterranean Sea, to the Natural Park La Marjal, mountains and orange trees. It is situated 10 km from the Mediterranean Sea, 6 Km of Pego, 20 Km from Denia and 25 Km from Gandia.

Its spacious fully equipped apartments are decorated with a modern and comfortable design. All have a private terrace with magnificent views, living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, as well as cooking utensils). Services included are outdoor seasonal swimming pool, gym, minigolf, table tennis and children's playground.

Bellavista aparthotel has a bar, which provides meals, and a restaurant named La Bohème which offers Mediterranean and international cuisine in the summer, meeting rooms, free Wi-Fi throughout and free parking.

Other supplementary services included only in Premium apartments: outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, gym (Indoor pool and jacuzzi water heated are unavailable from October to Easter). Less than 25 km, outside activities can be: Rental bikes, Waterskiing, sailing, surfing, diving, fishing, golf, boat trips, rent a boat, archery, hiking, tennis, riding, squash.
