The air-conditioned apartments, ranging from the studio apartment for 2 pers to the duplex apartment for 4 pers, are all fully equipped with kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, hood, microwave and dishwasher), bathroom with toilet, Internet access, free television (access to national and international channels).

1 studio is fitted for person with reduced mobility. These studio is at the foot of the résidenties and has direct access from the parking.

For stays over 7 nights, the residence debits 50% of the total cost of the booking from the card provided in the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date

For stays over 7 nights, the residence debits 75% of the total cost of the booking from the card provided in the event of cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date

The residence does not charge in the event of cancellation up to 2 days before arrival

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
