The Residence features 25 apartments - Odalys
At the end of the artists' district, 800 meters from the Promenade des Anglais, the residence is an old hotel of the 30 colors in the region.

The air-conditioned apartments, ranging from the studio apartment for 2 pers to the duplex apartment for 4 pers, are all fully equipped with kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, hood, microwave and dishwasher), bathroom with toilet, Internet access, free television (access to national and international channels).

1 studio is fitted for person with reduced mobility. These studio is at the foot of the résidenties and has direct access from the parking.
