The Residence features 50 apartments and 40 houses - Résid&Co
The residence A Nuciola is ideally located in Cervione in beachfront and only 2 kilometers from the seaside resort of Moriani.

The residence is composed of 40 villas with 2 to 4 rooms fully equipped with air conditioning, private terraces and gardens, a flat screen TV, an equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher) and bathroom.

The residence offers also a heated pool and direct access to the beach.

Important information: Housecleaning at the end of stay is compulsory and payable at the residence reception.
