The Residence features 80 apartments - Pierre & Vacances
The Pierre & Vacances L'Alpaca is located in the heart of the ski resort of Serre Chevalier, in Hautes-Alpes, 200 meters from the ski lifts and 50 meters from shops, ice rink and cinema.

The apartments have a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and a separate dining area, a private bathroom, a lounge with TV and a balcony overlooking the mountains.

In winter, the residence provides for an additional cost, a delivery service of grocery , bread and pastries. A covered parking is available on site.

NOTE: The VIP category is the upscale version of apartments and houses. Recently renovated, privileged location, more services and more facilities with beds made ​​on arrival, maintenance kit included, high quality bedding, a Senseo, DVD coffee.
