The Residence features 48 apartments - Pierre & Vacances
The Residence is situated in the heart of Triana. It is ideally located just minutes from major landmarks. 20 minutes on foot after crossing the river Guadalquivir you arrive in the heart of historic Seville. Triana is one of the historic districts of the city. It is known to be a neighborhood of artisans, specializing in the art of pottery and azulejos (glazed earthenware). It is also famous for its singers and flamenco dancers.

Inaugurated in March 2012, the residence has modern air-conditioned apartments of great comfort. Each apartment has a kitchenette (microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, hobs), a lounge area with TV and air conditioning.

The residence also features a covered parking (surcharge), laundry facilities (surcharge). Bed linen and towels are provided and changed once a week.
