The Residence features 136 apartments - Adagio
Nice Hipark residence invites you to a very luxurious, comfortable and functional set. Located close to the main interests of Nice city, it is close to the Acropolis Congress Centre and a few minutes walk from the historic center.
 
Its 136 apartments are divided into 7 luxury suites, 65 suites and 64 studios. The decor was designed and produced by designer Didier Gomez. A contemporary and calming atmosphere emerges from each of these stylish and fully furnished apartments.

Private parking is available on site (extra cost) and an outdoor swimming pool at the top of the roof is available (Opening May 15 - September).
