Ideally situated between Grand boulevards, the Garnier Opera, Les Galleries Lafayettes and Drouot, the Residence Nell takes place in a cosmopolitain, alive and central district.

The 17 apartments consisted of a bedroom and a lounge, designed by Patrick Jouin, receive all the services of a hotel 4 **** in a contemporary and Parisian frame : furniture Kartell and Line Roset, equipment Nespresso, Alessi. The technology is not outdone by the free WiFi, the screens 42 inches or another mobile telephony.
