A damage deposit of 300 EUR is required by credit card imprint or cash upon arrival. It will be refundable upon departure after inventory in the event that no damage or loss has been caused by the client during their stay

City tax not included in rates: 1,05 EUR per person per day

The full amount of the stay is payable when the reservation is made

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION In case of cancellation up to 22 days before arrival, the residence takes 25% of the total amount of the credit card used to confirm the reservation.
In case of cancellation between 21 and 8 days before arrival, the residence takes 75% of the total amount of the credit card used to confirm the reservation.
In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, the residence charge 100% of the total amount of the credit card used to confirm the reservation.
