For stays of less than two months, the total amount of the stay must be paid 7 days prior to arrival at the residence, with the credit card used at booking or by check.

The residence reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card before the arrival date

• When you book with us your details are protected by a secure connection. Your details will only be used to guarantee your booking. No booking fees, you only pay the aparthotel.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION The residence does not charge in the event of cancellation or modification up to 30 days before arrival

For cancellations occurring 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival 20% of the total amount will be retained under a cancellation fee.
For any cancellation occurring from 14 to 3 days prior to arrival 40% of the total amount will be retained under a cancellation fee.
For cancellations occurring within 3 days prior to arrival 100% of the total amount will be retained under a cancellation fee
If significant reduction of period of stay the residence has the right to charge an amount equal to 30% of the shortfall for the difference between the original booking and the actual stay.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
