This is Madame Vacances La Couarde on the island of Ré. It is located just 100 meters from the beach and features a heated outdoor pool.

The residence Le Mail Plage offers studio apartments composed of a living and an en suite bathroom. All are equipped with a kitchen with a microwave, a dishwasher and cooktop.

A damage deposit of 260€ is required upon arrival. It is refundable 15 days after the departure after inventory

A deposit of 30% will be payable on confirmation of your booking with the full balance being payable 30 days prior to arrival

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION In case of cancellation by the client, the following charges will be retained:
- More than 30 days before arrival: deposit amount.
- 30 to 21 days before arrival: 45% of the total stay.
- 20 to 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total stay.
- From 7 to 4 days before arrival: 90% of the total stay.
- 3 days or less before arrival 100% of the total stay.
