A deposit is required by credit card imprint on arrival. This authorization will be canceled after the inventory of the apartment. The amount of the deposit depends on the type of apartment booked.

Included in room price: 20% for the first 28 days and 4% thereafter.

The full amount of the stay is payable when the reservation is made

• When you book with us your details are protected by a secure connection. Your details will only be used to guarantee your booking. No booking fees, you only pay the aparthotel.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION The residence does not charge in the event of cancellation or modification up to 14 days before arrival

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

During the period from 01st June to 20th July 2012 :
Notification of cancellation is required 30 days prior to arrival date and subject to re-letting on a short notice. The residence require one week non-refundable deposit at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation.
For bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.
