Rates on our website are quoted in the currency selected (USD or Euro by default). Upon checking in or out of the aparthotel, guests will be charged in local currency and the exchange rate will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate.

Please note that if guests settle a bill in local currency or by credit card, please note there might be a difference in the apartment rate due to the currency exchange rate changes.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION The residence does not charge in the event of cancellation up to 28 days before arrival

If the reservation is cancelled between 14 and 28 days, the aparthotel will charge 1 week’s rent.

If the booking is cancelled within 14 days before arrival, the aparthotel will charge 3 weeks rent in high season (1 June – 30 September) and 2 weeks’ rent in low season (1 October – 31 May)
