A deposit is required by credit card imprint on arrival. This authorization will be canceled after the inventory of the apartment. The amount of the deposit depends on the type of apartment booked.

City tax not included in rates: 0,65 EUR per person per day

Electricity is charged, for stays over 30 nights.

The balance of your reservation is paid upon arrival (except special rates and not refundable offers)

The residence reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card before the arrival date

• When you book with us your details are protected by a secure connection. Your details will only be used to guarantee your booking. No booking fees, you only pay the aparthotel.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION Stay 1 to 3 nights: cancellation is free of charge until 12.00 p.m the day of arrival. In case of late cancellation the first night will be charged on the credit card used for booking.

Stay 4 to 14 nights: cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. In case of late cancellation 25% of total stay will be charged on the credit card used for booking.

Stay 15 to 59 nights: cancellation is free of charge until 7 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation 25% of total stay will be charged on the credit card used for booking.

Stay +60 nights : cancellation is free of charge until 15 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation 25% of total stay will be charged on the credit card used for booking.
