Payment is made to the Residence on your arrival.The Residence may take an immediate deposit corresponding to a number of nights, depending on the total duration of the stay booked
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION Cancellation / modification is free of charge until 6:00pm (local time) the day of arrival for stays from 1 to 3 nights

Cancellation / modification is free of charge until 6:00pm (local time) the day of arrival for stays from 4 to 9 nights

Cancellation / modification free of charge until 12:00am (local time) the day of arrival, for stays from 10 to 27 nights. A prepayment corresponding to the first four nights will be charged upon booking

Cancellation / modification without charge until 12:00am (local time) three days prior to arrival for stays over 28 nights. A deposit corresponding to the first six nights will be charged upon booking

For stays from 1 to 3 nights, the residence charges the cost of the first night from the card provided in the event of late cancellation or no show

For stays from 4 to 9 nights, the residence charges the cost of the two first nights from the card provided in the event of late cancellation or no show

For stays over 10 nights, the aparthotel debits from the credit card the amount of prepayments made upon reservation in case of late cancellation or no show
