Situated at the foot of the Saint-Philippe hills, just 100 metres from the legendary beaches and palm trees of Promenade des Anglais, the Citadines at Nice Promenade is your door to this quintessential French city with Italian charm. For business travellers, the Apart'hotel is only a few minutes drive to the Palais des Arts, the Acropolis Congress and the exhibition centre.

The property is equipped with a central air cooling system that is usually switched on between mid-May and September, subject to weather conditions. Each studio and apartment has a balcony. All of them house a bathroom with a separate toilet, a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave/grill, fridge and dishwasher, TV with satellite channels, a direct-line phone, hairdryer, hi-fi system and safe deposit box.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 2 apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
