• When you book with us your details are protected by a secure connection. Your details will only be used to guarantee your booking. No booking fees, you only pay the aparthotel.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION Cancellation / No-show – the residence must be notified of any cancellation in writing. The effective date of a cancellation in writing shall be the date on which the company receives it.
For stay less than 7 nights : a fee of 1 night’s stay shall be charged for cancellation received after 3 pm on the day prior to the planned date of arrival.
For stay more than 7 nights *: cancellation received less than 8 days before the planned date of arrival, the fee will be 30% of the total amount of the stay.
* In the case of stays of more than 28 nights, however, the amount of the stay taken as the basis for calculation will be the amount equivalent to one month.

Special terms during the summer season : a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay will be required within 7 days of making a reservation for stays between 1 June and 15 September. The balance must be paid or will be debited from the credit card in full 2 weeks prior to the planned date of arrival. No refund is possible.
