It features renovated and air-conditioned apartments, 500m away 500 m from the seafront and the town centre, half way between the activities found in Juan les Pins and and in old Antibes, and close to Cap d’Antibes.

In all apartments: Kitchen with electric hotplates (for Mimosas building) or ceramic hobs (for Lavandes building), refrigerator, dishwasher, combination oven and electric coffee-maker, Air conditioning, Television, Telephon, Balcony with garden furniture.
