Situated in the heart of a pine forest and 1 km from the Atlantic Ocean, the residence welcomes you for holidays where the keynotes are nature, sports or idleness.

The building’s architecture was designed in the utmost respect of the tradition of the Landes region.

The residence features apartments and cottages, each with a private balcony and an en suite bathroom. They have a fully-equipped kitchenette, and a TV, towels and bed linen are available at an extra charge.

• When you book with us your details are protected by a secure connection. Your details will only be used to guarantee your booking. No booking fees, you only pay the aparthotel.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION The residence does not charge in the event of cancellation or modification up to 30 days before arrival

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of change of the reservation by a reduction in the number of nights, the apart’hotel takes a night charge.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, residence debit a charge :
- If cancellation is between 30 and 15 days before arrival : 25% of total price
- If cancellation is between 14 and 3 days before arrival : 75% of total price
- If cancellation 2 days before arrival: 100% of total price.
