The residence is ideally located at the footsteps of the Cité Médiévale, 15 mn walking distance from the city center and 20 mn from the "Canal du Midi". The lake of Cavayere is the perfect spot for swimming, hiking, fishing and many other activities - direct connection by bus. Besides a mall located 10 mn walking distance, you'll find all the groceries you may need next to the residence (at 2mn walking distance).
The residence is composed of 3 buildings around a large 'green' space. An old gatehouse retaining the charm of old buildings, houses the reception and breakfast room.

A private and secured car park is at your disposal, and so an indoor heated swimming pool with the option of a hammam.
