Located on an island in a bend of the "La Siagne" river 800 m from the sea, the residence is made up of 10 1- or 2-storey buildings spread out on a 5-hectare estate. Its South of France-style architecture (tile roofs, colourful shutters, arcades, "génoises", etc.) blends in harmoniously with the natural setting. The residence includes many sports and leisure facilities. It is 1 km from shops and 3 km from supermarkets.
There is an easy 800-m walk from the sandy beach.
