The Residence is in the heart of a garden full of Mediterranean trees, in the residential area of La Croix des Gardes. Built round a mansion, the Residence consists of 1 or 2 levels, with a line of columns, terraced roofs and pastel facades. In the residence, the La Croix des Gardes quarter has many spots offering a sweeping view of the 270 m² overflowing swimming-pool overhaging Cannes Bay, the Lérins Islands and the red rocks of the Esterel.

The residence is particularly appropriate for young children: a playground, a paddling pool and gardens.
Moreover, there are sports ground, place for young people (only in July/August) with Internet access.

The beach is 800 m away (paying shuttle service available). Beach / town centre free shuttle every 30 minutes, running 5 days a week in July and 6 days a week in August.
