300 metres from the beach, Odalys Residence Green Panorama is a traditional Norman-style residence located in verdant surroundings, at three kilometres from Cabourg.
The complex features 44 light, stylish apartments with wooden floors and co-ordinating fabrics. Separate seating areas open out onto balconies or terraces and amenities include televisions, telephones, private bathrooms and kitchenettes with microwaves and refrigerators.
Guests can unwind on loungers on the sun terrace, relax in the gardens or take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool. Other amenities include laundry facilities and complimentary parking. Golfing is available three kilometres away in Cabourg and activities such as mountain biking, sailing and horse riding are available nearby. The elegant seaside resort of Deauville is 17 kilometres away along the Côte Fleurie and Caen with its wooden promenade, chateau and museums is 20 kilometres from the hotel. Caen Carpiquet Airport is 24 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of 30 minutes. Resort fees are determined by the hotel and are subject to change.

• When you book with us your details are protected by a secure connection. Your details will only be used to guarantee your booking. No booking fees, you only pay the aparthotel.

Deposit requested on arrival are refunded after inventory upon departure or returned by mail within 8 days. The accommodation must be left perfectly clean. Otherwise the cleaning deposit will be retained
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION For stays over 7 days, the residence does not charge in the event of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

For stays over 7 nights, the residence debits 25% of the total cost of the booking from the card provided in the event of cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date

For stays over 7 nights, the residence debits 50% of the total cost of the booking from the card provided in the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date

For stays over 7 nights, the residence debits 75% of the total cost of the booking from the card provided in the event of cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date

The residence does not charge in the event of cancellation up to 2 days before arrival

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
