This Residence, renovated in 2007, is situated directly on the marina and just 500 metres from a lakeside beach and a 10 minute drive from the ocean.

Residence du Port is composed of 3 small buildings placed around a central garden 300 metres from Hourtin Carcans Lake and its beaches.
It offers spacious studio, 2 or 3-room apartments that are well-equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate) a furnished terrace or balcony and TV (with supplement).

Guests will enjoy the outdoor swimming pool with a paddling pool (open from mid-May to the end of September), a free outdoor car park and a restaurant (with possibility of half-board).

Residence du Port also features a children’s club for children between 4 and 11 years age in July and August (5 half days per week). Entertainment for teenagers from 12 to 15 years of age is also available during the day during July and August.

Opening hours of reception:

Monday to Friday from 09:30 am to 12:00 am and from 04:30 pm to 07:30 pm

The Saturday from 08:00 am to 12:00 am and from 03:00 pm to 08:00 pm

The Sunday from 09:30 am to 12:00 am and from 04:30 pm to 07:30 pm

If you arrive late or outside the opening hours, please contact the residence before your arrival

Off season (September-June): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday from 10am to 12pm. Friday from 4pm to 7pm. Saturday from 8am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm. Closed all day Thursday.

• When you book with us your details are protected by a secure connection. Your details will only be used to guarantee your booking. No booking fees, you only pay the aparthotel.

Deposit requested on arrival are refunded after inventory upon departure or returned by mail within 8 days. The accommodation must be left perfectly clean. Otherwise the cleaning deposit will be retained
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION For stays over 7 days, the residence does not charge in the event of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

For stays over 7 nights, the residence debits 25% of the total cost of the booking from the card provided in the event of cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date

For stays over 7 nights, the residence debits 50% of the total cost of the booking from the card provided in the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date

For stays over 7 nights, the residence debits 75% of the total cost of the booking from the card provided in the event of cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date

The residence does not charge in the event of cancellation up to 2 days before arrival

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
