The 2-storey Residence Club Saint Loup is situated on 4 hectares of naturally preserved green space with ponds and lakes, 800 metres from the harbour and beaches in Cap D'agde.

Residence Saint Loup offers spacious studio, 2 or 3-room apartments that are well-equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate) and a furnished terrace or balcony.

At your disposal are an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from April to the end of October), a restaurant and bar, a children’s playground, a small supermarket and a closed private car park.

Saint Loup also features a children’s activity club for children between 4 and 11 years age from end-March to the end of August. Entertainment for teenagers from 12 to 15 years of age is also available during April, May, July and August.

The Saturday from 08:00 am to 12:00 am and from 02:00 pm to 08:00 pm

If you arrive late or outside the opening hours, please contact the residence before your arrival

Closed Wednesday and Sunday afternoons (except July and August).

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION For stays over 7 days, the residence does not charge in the event of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

For stays over 7 nights, the residence debits 25% of the total cost of the booking from the card provided in the event of cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date

For stays over 7 nights, the residence debits 50% of the total cost of the booking from the card provided in the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date

For stays over 7 nights, the residence debits 75% of the total cost of the booking from the card provided in the event of cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date

The residence does not charge in the event of cancellation up to 2 days before arrival

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
