La Rochelle Airport is 12 kilometres away, an approximate driving time of 20 minutes.

A damage deposit of 250€ is required on arrival. It is refundable upon departure after inventory

A deposit of 50% will be payable on confirmation of your booking with the full balance being payable 30 days prior to arrival

City tax not included in rates: 1.65€ per person per day

• When you book with us your details are protected by a secure connection. Your details will only be used to guarantee your booking. No booking fees, you only pay the aparthotel.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION The residence does not charge in the event of cancellation or modification up to 30 days before arrival

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of change of the reservation by a reduction in the number of nights, the apart’hotel takes a night charge.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, residence debit a charge :
- If cancellation is between 30 and 15 days before arrival : 25% of total price
- If cancellation is between 14 and 3 days before arrival : 75% of total price
- If cancellation 2 days before arrival: 100% of total price.
