CHANGE AND CANCELLATION The residence does not charge in the event of cancellation or modification up to 14 days before arrival

If you cancel, change, amend or do not turn up with a confirmed reservation, the following policy applies:
- Minimum of 14 days advance notice of arrival date: 0% cancellation
- 13-8 days inclusive prior to arrival: 50% charge of full stay
- 7 days inclusive prior to arrival: 100% charge of stay
Any money taken at booking stage after a cancellation occurs will be refunded in accordance with the above cancellation charging structure)
