A damage deposit of 260€ is required upon arrival. It is refundable 15 days after the departure after inventory

A deposit of 30% will be payable on confirmation of your booking with the full balance being payable 30 days prior to arrival

City tax not included in rates: 1,16€ per person per day

• When you book with us your details are protected by a secure connection. Your details will only be used to guarantee your booking. No booking fees, you only pay the aparthotel.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION The residence debits the full cost of the booking from the card provided in the event of a no-show

In case of cancellation by the client, the following charges will be retained:
- More than 30 days before arrival: deposit amount.
- 30 to 21 days before arrival: 45% of the total stay.
- 20 to 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total stay.
- From 7 to 4 days before arrival: 90% of the total stay.
- 3 days or less before arrival 100% of the total stay.
