A damage deposit of 350£ is required by credit card imprint or cash upon arrival. It will be refundable upon departure after inventory in the event that no damage or loss has been caused by the client during their stay

A deposit of 25% will be payable on confirmation of your booking with the full balance being payable 14 days prior to arrival

Included in room price: 20% for the first 28 days and 4% thereafter.

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION The residence does not charge in the event of cancellation up to 28 days before arrival

In case of cancellation between 14 and 27 days prior to arrival, the residence will charge a penalty of 25% of the stay limited to an amount not exceeding 7 nights apartment charge.

In case of cancellation between 7 and 13 days prior to arrival, the residence will charge a penalty of 50% of the stay limited to an amount not exceeding 7 nights apartment charge.

In case of cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, the residence will charge a penalty of 100% of the stay limited to an amount not exceeding 7 nights apartment charge.
