Our residence, Les Consuls de la Mer, is situated in the heart of the new commercial and civic centre in Montpellier in the Port Marianne district. Open all year round, this residence consists of apartments and 3 roomed studios for 3 to 6 people. The residence is superbly located with easy access to all the tourist attractions, shops, bars and restaurants of the town.

A pool, terrace and sun deck on the roof of the residence are all at your disposal and you will also find a sauna and whirlpool inside the residence.

A deposit of 30% will be payable on confirmation of your booking with the full balance being payable 30 days prior to arrival

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION In case of cancellation by the client, the following charges will be retained:
- More than 30 days before arrival: deposit amount.

- 20 to 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total stay.
- From 7 to 4 days before arrival: 90% of the total stay.
