CHANGE AND CANCELLATION For stays above 7 days, the residence does not charge in the event of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

For stays from 1 to 6 days, cancellation is free up to 1 day before arrival

For stays over 7 days, the residence debits 50% of the total cost of the booking from the card provided in the event of cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date

For stays starding 7 days, the residence debits on the credit card 100% of the total amount in case of cancellation made less than 15 days prior to arrival
