CHANGE AND CANCELLATION For stays over 4 nights, the residence does not charge in the event of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

Residential formula: A deposit representing 30% of the total amount will be charged at the booking. Cancellation is free and deposit refundable up to 15 days before arrival. The balance is due upon arrival.

Hotel rate - flexible : No fees for cancellation/modification up to 6:00pm local time on the day of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, a one night stay per room will be charged to your credit card.
