The Cadet's Cozy residence is located in one of the most authentic district of Paris. The street Cadet is a dynamic place and offers tourists and business travelers a multitude of shops and restaurants, bookshops, butchers, delicatessen, cheese, etc ... few steps away, our host will find the department stores, the Opera and the Folies Bergère! In addition, its location in the heart of transport is perfect.

Cosy's Cadet offers two types of suites for business trips or leisure. The apartments have a living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment offers free WiFi, desk, safe and flat screen TV. The residence also offers a la carte services for added comfort.

For stays from 1 to 6 nights, the residence charges the cost of the first night from the card provided in the event of late cancellation.

For stays from 7 to 29 nights, the residence charges the cost of the two first nights from the card provided in the event of late cancellation or no show
